• Is my information confidential?

  Yes. Requests are reviewed by trained staff and shared with a volunteer lawyer only when it may help your matter. We do not sell personal information.

• What types of cases do you handle?

  We focus on civil and family matters, including housing, employment, immigration, family law, consumer issues, disability rights and more. We do not handle criminal defense representation.

• How long does it take to get help?

  It varies. Some matters can be matched within a few days; others may take longer depending on complexity and volunteer availability.
